About Us
Grandview Montessori
Grandview Montessori is a Licensed Group Childcare Centre for 2.5 years old to School Age. We are located in South Surrey’s Edgewood neighborhood, next to the new Edgewood Park and Elementary School.
Our program focuses on the traditional Montessori philosophy while gaining advantages from other education methodologies such as dramatic play, crafts, imagination, etc.
About the Founder & Teacher
Ms Yi is the founder and primary teacher of Grandview Montessori.
She is a licensed Early Child Educator (ECE) and a Montessori Teacher certified by Association Montessori Internationale (AMI).
She has more than five years’ experience of teaching and managing Montessori preschools in Canada.
She is also a mother of two young children and knows what parents need most for their kids — safety, care and love.
The goal of early childhood education should be to activate the child’s own natural desires to learn.
